Oh, I LOVE to cook but haven't changed my recipes enough to claim them as my own. Not sure what type of recipes you are looking for but I know L.L. Barkat over at http://greeninventionscentral.blogspot.com has lots of invented stuff. You could email her and I am sure she would share some yummy idea with you.

I am the SAME way. I don't ever alter a recipe. My idea of being creative is leaving out the nuts in a cookie recipe, lol. But it sounds like a fun project!

Good luck with the recipe. I wish I could help you out, but I'm kind of a cheater cook. I'll take already prepacked foods (like the LIpton's Noodles and Sauce), cook up a couple of those, add veggies and and some type of protein and call it good. I don't like to cook because my kids are SO fussy. There is no point in making anything fancy when all they want is mac and cheese.
